The founder, Fred Gans, began his career in Dallas, Texas by establishing a commercial real estate company and for nearly 40 years has participated in real estate brokerage, acquisitions, management, consulting and the development of income producing properties with a heavy concentration in storage throughout the United States.
Over the last 40 years CDC has developed, owned and managed more than 80 self storage and garage condominium facilities and is involved in the ownership and development of a variety of storage condos, office, industrial and retail build-to-suit properties.
